Refund policy

Your item is handmade to order so please allow 4-6 weeks for your items to be made and then approximately 2-3 days for delivery.

We hope you love your handmade item.  If you have any issues on receipt of your products, no matter how small, please get in touch as soon as possible.

These products are handmade to order so refunds are not permitted unless the item is faulty.  Please contact us within 14 days to discuss.

Incorrect washing or care of your products is not considered as faulty.  If an item is faulty a full refund or replacement will be made after return and inspection of the item.
